Bike is using Shimano 105 5700 10-speed; should fit 185-192cm riders.
Parts have been swapped in extensively:
- 46-36 Shimano CX-50 crankset + 68mm threaded bottom bracket
- Vittoria Rubino Pro Graphene 2.0 28mm tyres (less than 50km on them)
- Mavic A319 touring wheelset (32-spoke), built with Shimano 105 hubs
- Easton EA70 flared drop bars with 80mm MTB stem
- DMR V12 black flat pedals
- Sella Italia Flite saddle (brand new, I took out my Brooks saddle which has already molded to my butt)
- SKS full-sized mudguards; will fit with up to 32mm size tyres
- PakRak rear pannier rack
Got this bike in 2018 as someone else's flat bar conversion project that ended up getting abandoned. After getting converted back to drop bars by Cannasia, it's been well used (and abused) for 5 years, with the marks to prove it. Still works great though, and upgrades + quality-of-life parts have kept it riding smooth.
Defects: The only thing is the rear rack's right bolt hole near the seatpost has rounded off; the rack is held by the left bolt. It's been like that since 2018, and I've brought it on plenty of grocery runs with 10+kg of extra stuff, but it's something to take note of.
