2019 Merida Speeder 400 XL

As per title. Size XL (for 186-195cm height riders). Scuffs in a few places, but bike is in regrettably good condition.

Several components have been swapped in/added as follows:
- Nukeproof Neutron knurled lock-on grips
- DMR V8 pedals
- Syncros RR12 31.6mm carbon seatpost
- Topeak Super Tourist Uni pannier rack
- Continental Grand Sport Race 32mm tyres, more than half of rubber life left based on tyre wear indicators

Reason for sale: It's my second relationship with a flat bar bike, and.... it's just not working out. It's not her fault, I just can't let go of my love for drop bars.
