Cool bit of kit to allow quick handlebar height adjustment and quick 90 degree rotation of handlebars for easier storage. Was hoping to use it on a commuter bike, but discovered that it wouldn't fit, as the inner diameter of the fork steering tube was just a tiny bit too small, so I have no use for it.
