Custom painted in 2020 at Blackmagic Paintworks (USA), single tone colorway costs 1.2-1.4k USD. A custom Hamspten frameset with Hampsten Cycles would set you back another 3-4k USD.

This was built by Dave Levy of Ti Cycles for Steve Hampsten himself! He is the part owner of Hampsten Cycles, and is the brother of Giro d'italia Legend Andrew "Andy" Hamspten. He won the '88 Giro...I believe he is the only American to have won the Giro.
This is a size 54cm. The paintjob is immaculate and stunning, as you would expect from one of the top paint works company in the USA. They have won multiple NAHBS awards. You can google them. Fork is an enve carbon fork painted to match.
Below is an excerpt of my conversation with Steve Hampsten when I asked him for information about the frameset:
"Yep, I know that one well. I THINK we used 31.8mm seat and top tubes, 38mm down tube (35mm possibly), some light/exotic Deda stays. The main tubes are Columbus Life - I think this was a transitional frame, moving from smaller diameter tubes (Cinghiale Pro) to larger/thinner walled tubes (La Dolce Vita) - it should be similar to our current Il Barone frames. This frame was built by Dave levy (Ti Cycles)"
Hit me up if keen. Viewing welcome.
