- Q: If I clock 300km, do I get both the Finisher Jersey and Randonneur Finisher Jersey or just one?
A: If you clock 300km, you will get the Randonneur Finisher Jersey.
- Q: Can I change the size of the jersey and tee if it does not fit me?
A: You may email us at togowbd@togoparts.com before 18th May 2019 (2359 hrs) to update your jersey and tee size. After this deadline, we will not be able to change your jersey or tee size as we order the exact number of jerseys and tees strictly based upon registration information.
- Q: How good is the quality of the jersey and tee?
A: We work with our designer and supplier to provide good quality jersey and tee to our participants. We also constantly work to improve the standard.
- Q: I registered and paid for the medal challenge. Can I upgrade my package to get a Finisher Jersey or Tee if I change my mind?
A: Yes, you can provided you informed us of your intention to do so by email to togowbd@togoparts.com by 18th May 2019. An additional fee of SGD10-30 will be charged depending on the package selected.
- Q: How do I collect my awards?
A: If you are residing in Singapore, we will mail your awards to you free of charge. Other collection channel such as collection centre is also available. We will email the information of these collection channels to all successful challengers after the end of the challenge.
- Q: If I live outside of Singapore, how do I collect my awards?
A: We have collection points in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines & Indonesia

For other express delivery options or countries without collection points, we will be able to send your Jersey/Tee and medal via Overseas Registered Mail Postage after additional payment to your preferred courier company is made.
