Q: If I complete the Randonneur challenge distance, do I get the Randonneur badge in addition to the Finisher Jersey or Tee? A: Yes, if you complete the required Randonneur challenge distance, you will get the Randonneur badge in addition to the Finisher Jersey or Tee, depending on the rewards you signed up for. Only paid participants receive the Randonneur and SuperRandonneur Team pyhsical badge.
Q: Do I get a reward if I do not complete the challenge distance within the challenge period? A: Only Finishers who have signed up for the #TOGOSG55 Jersey and completed 55km will receive the jersey. It’s not tough to complete the challenge, go for it!
All participants who have registered for the #CYCLODARITY Tee will receive the tee no matter the distance covered.
Only participants who have paid for the jersey or tee qualify for the Randonneur or SuperRandonneur Team physical badge.
Q: How do my team qualify for the Team SuperRandonneur achievement badge? A: You need to have at least 5 members in your team. Your team needs to complete an average of 550km per team member. For example, if 2 of your team members each completed 300km during the challenge period, each of the remaining 3 team members will need to cover at least 717km.
Q: Can I change the size of the apparel rewards if it does not fit me? A: You may email us at togosg55@togoparts.com before 17th August 2020 (2359 hrs) to update your jersey size. After this deadline, we will not be able to change your jersey size as we order the exact number of jerseys strictly based upon your registration information.
Q: How good is the quality of the jersey/tee/bib/cap? A: We work with our designer and supplier to provide good quality jersey/tee/bin/cap to our participants. We also constantly work to improve the standard based on your feedback.
Q: I registered and paid for a physical reward pass. Can I upgrade my pass to purchase a more expensive reward if I change my mind? A: Yes you can, provided you inform us of your intention to do so by email to togosg55@togoparts.com by 17th August 2020 (2359 hrs). The difference in registration fees between the packages will be charged depending on the rewards selected.
Q: How do I collect my rewards? A: If you are residing in Singapore, we will mail your rewards to you free of charge. Other collection channel such as collection centre is also available. We will email the information of these collection channels to all finishers after the end of the challenge.
Q: If I live outside of Singapore, how do I collect my rewards? A: Barring any form of movement control order, we have collection points in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines & Indonesia
