Q. Do I need to tag and hashtag my posts to unlock this achievement?

A. Yes. For all achievements done by posting via social media you would need to tag our Page and Hashtag your posts accordingly for easier tracking.

Q. What are the add on items for #TOGOPH123?

A.The add on (paid) items are the Finisher Medal, Event Tee and Event Jersey. Sign up with at least 2 of these to unlock the achievement.

THE PRODIGY

Q. I clocked in more than 200 km, do i still unlock the achievement?

A. Yes. So as long as you record at least the minimun distance required of 200 km, you will be unlocking this achievement regardless of how further you go.

PANATA

Q. Does the 10km need to be done in a single ride?

A. No. So as long as your overall distance reaches at least 10km, then you will be unlocking the achievement.

Q. How do you measure the total elevation of the rides?

A. This data is strictly dependent to the elevation recorded from your Strava Activity.

SHOW OFF

Q. We are a team of more than 5, are we still able to unlock the achievement?

A. Yes. The minimum members required to qualify for this achievement is 5 - you can always add members on your team as much as you can.

BAYANIHAN PACT

Q. At least 5 members of our team were finishers of the challenge, do we unlock the achievement?

A. No. For this achievement, each member must be a finisher.

ONE FOR THE NATION

Q. Is there a minimum distance required to unlock this achievement?

A. No. Regardless of how much you have cycled - so as long as the activity is recorded and done on 12 June 2021 (00:00 - 23:59 GMT+8), you will be unlocking this achievement.

ABOUT EVENT

Q. What are the key rules which I need to take note while taking part in this event?

A. Togoparts aims to foster a cyclist community that are committed to staying active and maintaining good citizenry. While taking part in this challenge, we need all riders to abide by all health advisements and restrictions in your area, prior to undertaking any physical activity.

Q. I signed up for free, will I get the rewards when I finish the challenge?

A. No. The rewards will only be sent to participants who purchase the rewards during their registration. If you would like to upgrade your registration, please send us an email at togoph123@togoparts.com

Q. What are the dates and distance of the #TOGOPH123 challenge?

A. The challenge period starts from 12th June 2021 (Saturday 0000hrs) - 4th July 2021 (Sunday 2359hrs), GMT+8. The Finisher Distance is 61 km, and the Randonneur Distance is 1000 km.

Q. When is the closing date for registration?

A. Registration closes on the 28th June 2021, 23:59 GMT+8.

Q. How much is the participation fee?

A. Registration is FREE!

Q. Can I do indoor rides on a trainer or stationary bike and log that ride?

A. Yes, all indoor rides are recognised for #TOGOPH123

Q. I have paid for the challenge, how will I know if my registration is successful?

A. All successful registrants will receive an email notification. If you are not sure if your payment is successful, please email us at togoph123@togoparts.com

Q. I I live outside of the Philippines, can I still sign up and join?

A. Yes, please join us for the challenge. At Togoparts, we aim to connect cyclists across the globe.

Q. Do I get my rewards if I do not complete the required challenge distance within the stipulated period of the challenge?

A. For Event rewards such as the Jersey & the Tee, yes you will be receiving them regardless if you have finished the required challenge distance or not. However, for the finisher reward such as the medal, you must reach at least 61 km to be eligible to receive such.

Q. I have registered, what's next?

A. Please ensure that you authorise Togoparts to connect to your Strava account. Remember to use your STRAVA App to track all your rides during the challenge period. You can find Strava's authorisation link in our notification email.
If you are using a non-Strava device to record your rides, please upload your rides to Strava. Just make sure all devices are Strava-compatible! Once the challenge starts, the leaderboard will be refreshed periodically to reflect your relevant completed ride details.

Can I request for a refund?

A. There will be no refunds made once a participant has signed up. In the event where the participant is unable to complete the challenge due to unforeseen circumstances, no refunds will be made.

TRACKERS

Q. Where can I check my progress against other participants?

A. You can check the challenge leaderboard after it goes live on the first day of the challenge period.

Q. My ride does not show up on the challenge leaderboard or I do not see my username on the challenge leaderboard after authorising Togoparts to connect to my Strava account.

A. The challenge leaderboard will be refreshed periodically throughout each day. Please wait for your rides to be updated. If any irregularities occur, please email us at togoph123@togoparts.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond.

Q. How can I be sure I'm logging my distance for the challenge?

A. Login to your togoparts account and check your challenge profile to see if your rides have already been reflected. If you have already linked your Strava account and it still does not show your rides being reflected accordingly, please email us at togoph123@togoparts.com for us to check, and we will quickly assist on getting your rides reflected into the challenge.

Q. Can I log / ride multiple times to add up to the challange distance?

A. Yes. The beauty of virtual challenge is that you can log in your rides anytime and anywhere. Just remember to log your rides with the Strava app, or upload them to Strava if you are using another app to record your rides. Just make sure the devices are Strava-compatible!

Q. Where can I check my progress against other participants?

A. You can check the challenge leaderboard after it goes live on the first day of the challenge period.

Q. Can I measure my distance using other apps or devices?

A. We require all participants to log their rides using Strava. You can use tracking devices like Garmin and upload your activities to Strava. If you have logged your activity with another app and not Strava, the system will not recognize uploaded activity.

Q. Sometimes I ride for very long distances. How do I ensure my battery does not run out?

A. To conserve your battery, let the Strava app run in the background while it is recording your activity. Here s a few steps you can follow:
Turn on location services for your mobile phone:

Android (Samsung 6.0.1): Settings Privacy & Safety Set to ON
Turn on your Strava apps location services:
iOS: Settings Strava Location Set to While Using or Always"

When you go out for a ride, hit record and turn off your mobile phones screen. Special thanks to user triton for sharing this information.

Q. Can I do indoor rides on a trainer or stationary bike and log that ride?

A. Yes, all indoor rides are recognised for #TOGOPH123.

Q. Can I add my rides manually?

A. Yes, manual input rides will be counted as indoor rides.

Q. Why do some of my rides don't register?

A. Your rides may be uploaded late (a few days after the ride), especially for riders that use other tracking apps like Garmin. We advise you to upload your rides and activities as soon as possible.
If your Strava privacy setting is not set to public, our leaderboard will not be able to pull your activities and update it automatically. We advise you to change your privacy settings to public.

Q. The distance recorded by Strava is inaccurate, can you add the missing distance into that activity?

A. We are not able to edit the details recorded by Strava. We do advise participants to ensure that their GPS signal is strong throughout the ride and consistently check that Strava is recording.

A. We are unable to edit the details recorded by Strava. We do advise participants to ensure their GPS signal is strong throughout the ride, and consistently check that Strava is recording.

Q. I use Garmin Connect / Movescount to track my rides. How do I link them to Strava?

A. You can log into your Strava account and click on this link: www.strava.com/upload/device

Q. Is it necessary to use the Strava iphone/android app to record my rides if I have another app, such as Garmin ,that I normally use?

A. No, you can continue to use your existing preferred app, such as a Garmin Edge, to record your rides; as long as you can sync and upload them to Strava. If you use both to record your rides, we will adapt to recognise the distance from only 1 source

EVENT REWARDS

Q. Do I still get the reward(s) if I do not complete the challenge distance within the challenge period?

A. You are entitled to receive the event rewards (Tee & Jersey) regardless if you have finished the required challenge distance or not. However, if you have signed up for the finisher reward(s) such as the medal, you must complete at least 61km to be eligible to receive the medal.

Q. Can I update the size of the Event & Finisher rewards I have initially registered with?

A. Yes, you can. You must update the information page on your profile by clicking the "Update Info" button. Please note that you must update your information before registration ends on 28th June 2021, 23:59 GMT+8.

Q. I have initially registered without the reward add ons. Can I upgrade my pass to purchase the #TOGOPH123 Event Tee, Jersey or medal?

A. Yes, you can. You must update the information page on your profile. Please note that you must update your information before registration ends on 28th June 2021, 23:59 GMT+8.

Q. How do I collect my rewards?

A. We will be mailing the rewards to you, free of charge anywhere in South East, East Asia, USA, UK, Austrailia & New Zealand. We will contact you in the event if there are additional charges incurred.

Q. What is the difference between Event & Finisher rewards?

A. You will receive Event rewards regardless of the distance you covered throughout the course of the challenge. While the Finisher rewards require you to complete the Finisher (61km) Distance.

Q. Can I change my T-shirt or Jersey after I receive it?

A. No, you cannot exchange your rewards once you receive. Unless you received a DIFFERENT SIZE from the size you initially added when you registered for the event. If your jersey or t-shirt is defective, you can contact us at togoph123@togoparts.com for further assistance.

Q. I wanted to sign up and purchase the rewards, what are the mode of payments available?

A. Payments via Credit Card, Debit card and PayMaya Virtual Debit Cards are generally accepted by our system.

Q. I wanted to upgrade my registration and purchase the rewards, I do not have a card, how will I proceed?

A. We have just activated a GCASH Payment Channel for upgrades. You may click here to proceed.

Q. Am I able to register and pay for my rewards using GCash?

A. Our GCash Channel are only ready to process upgrades. You may sign up for free first, and upgrade your registration in order to pay for the rewards using GCash.

Q. I have a coupon code, will i be able to use them if I use GCash as my mode of payment for my upgrade?

A. Unfortunately no. Only payments made via debit card or credit cards are eligible for the discount codes.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

Q. What are the requirements to get the free T Shirt?

A. 1: You must be a paid participant
    2: Refer at least 4 participants who signs up as paid as well
    3: Your referrals must key in your username as their referral code in order to credit their registration under your profile.

Q. How do I collect the Free T Shirt?

A. We will send it out to you via a courier.

Q. When will I get the Free T Shirt?

A. We will start distributing the #TOGOPH123 rewards 3-4 weeks after the challenge ends (4 July 2021).

Q. How do I get my referrals credited under my profile?

A. During the registration process, ask your referrals to key in your username as the referral code.

Q. I signed up for free, and referred 4 friends who signed up for free, will I get the Free Shirt?

A. No. To get the Free Shirt, you must be a paid participant, and all your referrals must be paid as well.

Q. I have a paid sign up and 3 of my referred friends paid as well. My fourth friend signed up for free, will I get the Free Shirt?

A. No. To get the Free Shirt, you must have at least 4 paid referrals.

Q. I have signed up for free and all my referrals are free as well. Is there a way for me to get the free tshirt?

A. Yes. Upgrade your registration and ask your referrals to upgrade their registration as well.

REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

Q. How does this work?

A. #TOGOPH123 will have a Regional Leaderboard in addition to the Individual Challenge Leaderboard. The regional leaderboard will combine and gather the average distance cycled of participants within the same region. The region that has the highest average distance cycled by the end of the challenge, will be our Regional Champion

Q. What reward do we get if our Region wins as the Regional Champion?

A. Bragging Rights. This is to let everybody know that you region has by far been the strongest region for #TOGOPH123. On top of that, the top rider within the winning region gets to take home a #TOGOPH123 Champion Trophy..

Q. How do I take part and join my region?

A. During your registration, you are asked to select the region that you wanted to be part of.

Q. I have signed up and skipped selecting my region, how do I add it in?

A. We are only able to edit your region from the back end, please send us an email at togoph123@togoparts.com

Q. How do I contribute to my region's distance?

A. Our system will automatically process this for you - so as long as you have selected your region for the challenge. You may check the regional leaderboard to see your region's progress once the challenge starts.

Q. I am a Filipino residing outside of the country, can I join the regional competition?

A. Yes. During your registration, there will be a box that you can tick in order for you to participate on the regional competition. Once ticked, you will be asked to select the region that you are representing. By then, you are ready to go!

OTHERS

Q. I think someone is using the Strava App on an e bike, motorbike or car.

A. It's a personal honour challenge, and a physical one. We think cyclists have integrity and are honest about challenging themselves. Togoparts.com reserves the rights to ignore the Strava entry due to dishonesty. Based on a case by case basis, we have the right to disqualify any participants at our sole discretion; or should we find a participant in violation of the terms and conditions of the challenge.

Q. How do you verify if the rides is legit?

A. Our team goes through each single ride session of each participant on a weekly basis. Towards the end of the challenge, these checks increase in frequency If you spot any dubious activities, please contact us at togoph123@togoparts.com.

Q. Why are some of the postings being removed on Togoparts’ challenge leaderboard and forum?

A. Togoparts.com will remove postings that are deemed inappropriate and which will adversely affect the spirit of the event.
