I bought a Polygon bycicle for my wife from Rodalink. The tires got punctured on the second day and had to change them. 9 months later, whilst pedalling, the rear derailleur snapped off, got tangles with the back wheel and propelled my wife off the bycicle causing her to have a tremendous accident that luckily wasn't worse because we were riding without vehicles around us at that point.
I reached out to Rodalink both for an explanation of the faulty equipment and for a repair. The experience so far has been terrible. First, when I approached them they didn't reply. I had to go and post negative comments in Facebook to get a response. The response was "we will go and see your bike". After 5 weeks we were still waiting. Again the same story, call them and no response, email them and no response... Post negative comments and immediate response. The moment the posts were out someone came to pick it up (how curious...). They have kept the bike for a week and not only they did not repair the bike or replace the faulty component that snapped off, they came back with a lame excuse to offset their warranty.
Rodalink claims that because I changed the tires (which were punctured), i have caused the rear derailleur to break, because, apparently I didnt do a good job in changing the tire.

Not that I've been rode cycling since im 10 years old, rode profesionaly back in Europe and changed hundreds of tires in my 20 years cycling already.

When requested for proof of the "faulty" tire installation what did Rodalink reply? ........ nothing, silence.

TO all those thinking of purchasing a bike, please go for a professional bike dealer that sells good material and more important, takes responsibility for selling faulty material.

My wife did not suffer bigger consequences because she was extremely lucky and these cheap folks from Rodalink dont even cover the repair.

This is to inform you all, that the After Sales Service is not satisfied at all. The people do not care about the customer problem. The RODALINK will speak anyhow with customer. Only when I raise my voice they listen to me. Just for the small problem they will keep my bike for 1 month, in actual the work is only for 2 hrs. I would suggest if you have no choice then you buy the bike from RODALINK, otherwise d not buy.

I bought my Polygon Siskiu D7 bike on 28/05/2020 less then 75 days and back wheel spokes are loosen. RODALINK is going to charge me S$35. So there is no free service even if you buy from main distributor. The paint has gone while washing my bike. I do not know what kind of quality Polygon is selling the bike.


There are other shops where you will get the better treatment. So, when I asked for the Receipt they said the Receipt book is finished. If RODALINK is running the business and telling that Receipt Book is finished then I think better close down the business. Do they give discount if Receipt book is finished ? Its not our problem, its your problem. Totally poor service. From me its BIG ZERO STAR.

Now bicycles are hot in singapore, bloody rodalink jurong services are suck. The The staff is damn rude. ONe day when the bicycle fever is over, i want them to see them begging for sales.
