Basically, this is a SJ FSR Pro frameset with all the components from a SJ FSR Comp, which is mostly a SRAM setup with a LX FD.Unlike many of the sweet SJ's here on Togoparts, my components are not at the extreme high end. However, I think it's going to work out just fine for me and my current riding antics. Some things are a huge upgrade from anything I have ever had before. The Fox Float 120 RL being one of them. Its very adjustable first off, and lock-out....whoever thought of this should should be made president or something! Another item that makes me smile are these huge Avid Juicy 5 brakes. They do one thing very very well....STOP. 203mm in front and 180mm rotors out back, not fancy but functional. Okay, SRAM transmission....actually I am quite impressed with the X.9 rear dee. It's pretty quick, and doesn't slap around much at all. Makes me wonder how good the X.0 is? Really, the best part of this bike (IMO) is the FSR Pro frame set with the AFR shock and Brain Fade. I really cannot put this into words, those of you that have one or have rode one, know what I am talking about. The most common thought in my head while riding this bike is "Bet I can ride over that..." it's really confident inspiring to say the least! ...and of coarse, the BRAIN The only things I have done was swapped out the SPD's for some CrankBros 5050's, with sealed bearings of coarse! ..and put on some usual accessories. The rest is Specialized components or made for Specialized, like the DTSwiss rims. Well, thats it. My hope is that by starting with a good frame I can replace components as they wear or fail with higher end pieces of my choice. Thanks for looking!
