I bought this bike from Fezzari.com online.My experience with this bike vendor is that:(a) It uses substandard components, contrary to what it claims on its website.(b) When I received my Feezzari Alta Peak MTB it had a defect - the back wheel disk was dragging the rotor.(c) Fezzari.com was unable to identify the cause of the problem.(d) After 2 weeks of correspondence Fezzari just ignoreed all my emails and gave up on me. I am now left to fix the problem in a local bike shop in Singapore.BE WARNED - DON'T TRUST FEZZARI BIKES. DON"T TRUST ITS SUPPORT SERVICE.
