Rides > Tank Race-Elite 07 w/ twisted spokes
posted 18 years ago
Hello all,Was bitten by the race bug & decided to setup a bike for racing. The result is this race bike on a budget. The highlights include a pair of twisted spokes wheelset builtup by my fri. Looks cool & feels more comfy. The tank frame is really stiff, the wheelset really saves my butt from a lot of beating. The Element XC-SL hubs are butterly smooth & light. If they hold up well, will be a super good investment. Was surprised by the performance of the 07 SID Race. It's damn smooth even at the Stiff setting. Think the Team version will be a good bargain for anyone who needs the remote lockout function. Hope to make a good impression at the next race.
